A message from Sarah

I discovered yoga as a stressed-out college student and immediately realized its transformative nature. For over 30 years, I’ve had a daily practice and I became a Yoga Teacher in the 1990’s. Becoming a Physical Therapist was a natural extension of my passion and interest in the body and wellness.

Your body lives in the past, your mind in the future. They come together in the present when you practice Yoga.  – BKS Iyengar

We have assembled a group of talented, like-minded Yoga Teachers and are thrilled to be able to share yoga with our Windsor Terrace and Park Slope community.

We have discounted Yoga Class Cards, to encourage student’s commitment to regular, ongoing practice.

With our teachers, you will learn techniques to feel the effects of the yoga quickly, and to recognize how the approach to yoga as a practice, not just a gym workout, brings maximum benefit.

Similar to Physical Therapy, understanding comes only through experience. That moment when you realize that it’s not just simple repetition, it is learning how to heal and strengthen your own unique body — that’s when you start to understand the benefits to your well-being.
