She got her start teaching at Methodist Hospital in Park Slope where she worked in their Yoga and Art Therapy program for 2 years. Her yoga expertise informs and enhances her ability to help physical therapy patients gain the strength, balance, flexibility, and awareness that are central to lifelong activity and well-being, beyond recovering from injury.
Sarah was inspired to become a physical therapist through working with her yoga students, as well as through many sports played over the years (lacrosse, field hockey, tennis, skiing, mountain biking).
Sarah loves biking and cross country skiing in Prospect Park. Sarah has lived in Windsor Terrace/Park Slope for over 25 years and is grateful to be able to serve this community.
